Of course the potential problem that may come from this would be students may still be able to run by removing their tags making them untraceable once more, but to fix that problem would be to place such a device permanently on their person and I do have issue with that, for that is a massive breach of personal privacy and to me that leads into a whole other can of worm pertaining to scriptural prophecy.
